Gold Membership includes all Silver features plus advanced wellness protocols and educational resources.

Platinum Membership is designed for healthcare and wellness professionals and includes practitioner-specific tools and reporting capabilities.

Membership features may be updated, improved, or modified periodically to enhance the platform experience.

  1. BIO-ANALYSIS ASSESSMENTS

Members are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when completing wellness assessments.

The quality and relevance of recommendations depend upon the accuracy of information submitted.

Dr. Sweet Wellness System is not responsible for recommendations generated from incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by users.

  1. ACADEMY COURSES

Dr. Sweet Academy courses are educational programs intended to support wellness knowledge and lifestyle development.

Course materials may not be copied, redistributed, reproduced, resold, or republished without written permission.

Access to course content is granted for personal educational use only unless otherwise authorized.

  1. PAYMENTS AND BILLING

All membership fees and course purchases must be paid in full before access is granted.

Pricing may vary by geographic region, currency, promotions, or membership tier.

The platform reserves the right to modify pricing at any time for future purchases.

  1. REFUND POLICY

Due to the personalized nature of wellness assessments, practitioner review, report generation, and digital content delivery, all sales are final.

Membership fees, academy purchases, and practitioner subscriptions are non-refundable once access has been granted or a bio-analysis review has been initiated.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All platform content, reports, graphics, educational materials, frameworks, protocols, course content, branding elements, and proprietary systems remain the exclusive property of the Dr. Sweet Wellness System.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
